Description

VERY LOW RESERVE FOR A CAR THAT IS WORTH $50,000+ AFTER IT IS COMPLETED. DON'T ASK ME WHAT THE RESERVE OR BOTTOM PRICE IS.THIS IS AN AUCTION! YOU WILL KNOW THE RESERVE PRICE ONCE SOMEBODY HITS IT.
You are looking at a very nice, numbers matching, running 1967 Pontiac GTO.The car has been sand blasted and ready to be primed, blocked and painted. As you can see in the pictures, the body is in great shape.A new hood has been purchased and comes with the car.Under the car is great with surface rust only.A new exhaust system was just put on.
I have the full PHS package for this car and it includes the window sticker and original build sheet. This car was a custom color car from the factory and there is no record of that color anywhere. The great thing about that is that you can paint it any color you want.I am planning on black exterior with the black interior. The painters have confirmed that the body is in great condition and can handle a quality black paint job.
The interior needs to be re done.floors are all great and the motor starts and runs. This is a factory Air car and it actually works. The car comes with tons of original parts and pieces that will help finish the project. Most of the chrome pieces including molding and bumpers are included.
I am only listing this to see if somebody wants this before I start the restoration as I am finishing my 1967 Camaro rotisserie restoration and then this one is scheduled to be completed next.Once this car is completed, it becomes a $50,000+ car.I figure that it will take $10,000 into it and it will be done. My plans are to do a frame off cleaning, painting, interior restoration and detail of engine compartment.
Once I start the project, it will come off the market until it is completed.
Being sold as is, where is.
Buyer is responsible for picking the car up from Ft. Myers FL.
Sorry, the pictures are the only ones that I have on my computer right now. If you are interested in seeing more, you will have to come see it in person or have an independent mechanic come check the car out.
Please see my feedback as I have 100% and buy and sell quite a few things. If you want to contact me, please call or text me (Brian) at 239-898-3730.
I am not interested in any help selling or consigning this car. If it doesn't sell within the next 2 weeks, I will keep it and restore it. I am not in need of cash, please don't try to make it seem great that you are offering a cash deal and that I should sell it low to you for a low cash price.
I am aware of all the craigslist/ebay scams, do not text me telling me you accept the price and want my email address for a quick payment. All my deals go through the eBay system.
